Dubai Shop Refund Policy

Effective Date: 15 May 2025

At Dubai Shop (Dubai Shop Hair & Cosmetics), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our refund and return policy explains your rights and how to return items purchased from our online beauty and cosmetics store.

1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and EU consumer protection laws.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received

⚠️ Non-returnable items (hygiene policy):

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Used or opened hair extensions and wigs

✅ Exception: Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items can always be returned.

3. How to Return an Item

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact us within 14 days at:

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  3. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us

📦 Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Klarna, Vipps, Visa, MasterCard)

✅ We refund:

  • Product cost

  • Standard delivery charges (if full order is returned)

❌ We do not refund:

  • Return shipping costs (unless item is faulty)

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Provide photos and details

We will offer:

  • Replacement

  • Or full refund (including delivery costs)

6. Unclaimed Orders

If you do not collect your order:

  • A NOK 350 fee may be deducted for return and handling costs
