Dubai Shop encourages all customers to read these Terms & Conditions carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations when using our website and purchasing our products.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made by private consumers through our website:

Separate terms may apply to business customers.

These terms, together with your order and order confirmation, form the complete agreement between you (the buyer) and Dubai Shop.

Our terms are provided in English. Translations may be available for convenience but are not legally binding.

These terms comply with applicable Norwegian legislation, including:

  • The Consumer Purchases Act

  • The Right of Withdrawal Act

  • The Marketing Act

  • The Personal Data Act

  • The E-commerce Act

Buyer:
The individual placing the order, referred to as “you” or “your”.

3. Order and Agreement

Your order becomes binding once it is confirmed by our system.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check this carefully.

If there are discrepancies, they may be treated as a new offer, which you are free to accept or reject.

You retain your statutory right of withdrawal (see Section 13).

4. Product Information

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

If a product is unavailable or incorrect information has been displayed, we may cancel or adjust your order and inform you accordingly.

5. Prices

All prices are shown in NOK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

The total cost, including shipping and any additional fees, will be clearly displayed before payment.

For deliveries outside mainland Norway, VAT may not apply.

6. Payment

We accept secure payments via:

  • Klarna

  • Vipps

  • Visa / MasterCard

Payment is processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store your full payment information.

Your card will be charged once the order is dispatched.

7. Delivery

Orders will be delivered according to the details provided in your order confirmation.

We are responsible for the goods until they are received by you.

If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

8. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected:

  • A fee of NOK 350 will apply for return shipping and handling

  • For Click & Collect orders, items must be collected within 10 days

  • Uncollected orders may incur an administration fee of NOK 150

9. Inspection of Goods

You must inspect your order upon receipt.

Any defects, damage, or discrepancies must be reported within 3 days to:

10. Complaints and Defects

If a product is defective, you may request:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Price reduction

  • Refund

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than:

  • 2 years, or

  • 5 years for durable products

11. Warranty

Warranty rights follow Norwegian law and do not limit your statutory rights.

For certain products (e.g. wigs and extensions), warranty applies only if care instructions are followed.

12. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us within the withdrawal period

  • Return items unused and in original condition

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Exceptions apply to:

  • Opened or used hygiene products (e.g. wigs, extensions)

  • Unclaimed orders

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving returned goods.

13. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We collect:

  • Contact and delivery information

  • Order history

  • Basic usage data

Payment information is handled securely by third-party providers.

14. Retention of Title

We retain ownership of goods until full payment has been received.

15. Limitation of Liability

Dubai Shop shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, except where required by law.

16. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Dubai Shop and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.

17. Disputes

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably.

If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact:

  • The Norwegian Consumer Council

All disputes are governed by Norwegian law.
